Ambro-Sol’s approach and goals in the field of corporate responsibility.

Ambro-Sol publishes the 2022 Sustainability Report as a key tool to communicate to all stakeholders commitments, strategy and methods of management and results of the company’s activities, declined in their triple environmental, social and economic dimension.

Although Ambro-Sol is not required to draw up a Sustainability Report pursuant to EU Directive 2022/246, it recognises the need for transparent dialogue and communication with all its stakeholders. For this reason, as every year, he produced the document on all the activities carried out in 2022. In the document, the company describes the approach to sustainability, highlighting the key issues that guide the organization, adopting the GRI Standards guidelines for reporting.
The Report presents a structure divided into several chapters that address the nine fundamental themes of the company: identity, organizational profile and business model, added value generated, human resources, customers, suppliers, communities and territory, environmental impact and sustainable development objectives.

This excerpt from the Stakeholder Letter guided the impact reduction efforts in 2022 and continuing into 2023.
In continuity with the work of previous years, the company aims at creating value for all stakeholders based on a careful assessment of environmental impacts in accordance with the obligations of its statute. The last quarter of 2022 led to the obtaining of the B Corp certification, the standard of excellence that is the prince of sustainability.
In 2022 the Polish subsidiary was also the first to change its articles of association to Benefit Corporation and in 2023 the process continued for other foreign branches.
Environmental and process quality certifications and the development of alternative aerosol technologies without the use of propellants have been confirmed, trying to reduce as much as possible VOC emissions within the products.
