WHITE EMULSIFIABLE CUTTING OIL 5 L

It’s an emulsifiable oil containing a high quantity of oily compound. It forms macro-milky emulsions in water. This formulation contains special EP additives for ferrous materials that provide optimal performances in the field of Extreme Pressure and it provides superior performance in burdensome actions and very stressful metal cutting (broaching, tapping, etc.), even on materials normally hard to work with (ex: alloy steel). If the product is bathed at concentrations of less than the refractive 3%, it may be subject to bacterial contamination and subsequent development of bad odors, pH lowering, and corrosion. The recommended average concentration is 4-6%. Usually to keep the emulsion at 5% it will have to be topped at 2.5-3%.
