Impact Report 2025: tangible results, innovation, and evolved governance
Ambro-Sol publishes the 2025 Impact Report, the document that summarizes the actions implemented in pursuit of its public benefit purposes and that represents, for customers and partners, a clear indicator of strategic solidity, structured governance, and the ability to deliver sustainable innovation.
Product innovation: BOV line
In 2025, the company is approaching the completion of the new Bag On Valve (BOV) production line. This technology will enable the production of aerosol cans using compressed air as the propellant, completely eliminating the use of traditional propellant gases and reducing the environmental impact of this product category.
At the same time, development continues on products with traditional propellants but with low environmental impact, such as the Low VOC line and certified water-based paints, safe even for children.
For the market, this means:
• expansion of the product range with reduced-impact solutions;
• greater alignment with the environmental requirements of European markets;
• concrete support for customers’ ESG objectives.
B Corp Certification: consolidated score of 87.6
In 2025, Ambro-Sol renewed its B Corp certification by once again undergoing the B Impact Assessment (BIA), achieving a stable score of 87.6.
The B Corp journey has led to the consolidation of governance policies and procedures, with the aim of reducing negative impacts and generating positive value for employees, collaborators, customers, communities, and the environment.
In 2026, the company will face the new version of the standard, characterized by more stringent criteria.
For all Ambro-Sol partners, these data represent reliability in processes, transparency in reporting, and consistency with recognized international standards.
Gender equality
In 2025, the process toward Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022 continues.
During the year, the following actions were carried out:
* establishment of the Steering Committee and the Officer responsible for gender equality and inclusion;
* conduct of an internal perception survey;
* execution of a gap analysis against the criteria set out in the standard.
A step that strengthens the internal organizational structure and consolidates a corporate culture oriented toward inclusion and the enhancement of people.
Structured reporting and international standards
For 2025, Ambro-Sol publishes the fifth edition of its Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with GRI standards and the Voluntary Standard for Small and Medium Enterprises (VSME).
The integration of the disclosures required by the European standard represents a further step toward reporting aligned with the best international frameworks for customers, distributors, and industrial partners.
Ambro-Sol thus continues to consolidate its positioning as a made-in-Italy aerosol factory, capable of combining technical performance, regulatory compliance, and measurable positive impact.
