We believe in going beyond carbon neutrality, offsetting more CO2 than we emit.
Through targeted investments and innovations, we have committed to becoming Climate Positive by 2040, actively contributing to the protection of the environment.
Here are some areas of intervention identified and implemented thanks to the partnership with WowNature.
SINCE 2021 WE HAVE BEEN A BENEFIT COMPANY AND B CORP CERTIFICATES
We measure our impacts from 2021
We believe that a company cannot produce a sustainable product without being sustainable itself, along the entire supply chain. For this reason, in 2021 we changed our statute, becoming a Benefit Company, making our commitment to sustainability binding for every company area.
Thanks to the adoption of the B Impact Assessment (BIA), developed by the non-profit B Lab, we are constantly measuring our impact on governance, workers, community, environment and customers. This allowed us to officially become a B Corp in 2022. To ensure maximum transparency, we publish an impact report every year describing the actions taken and future plans for a company increasingly oriented towards the common good.
THE MARC METHOD: A SAFE ROAD
An approach to sustainability guided by the MARC method.
Our approach to sustainability includes an approach coined by Etifor® which summarizes the best practices to adopt if you want to address the issue of your environmental impacts in a scientific way. Starting from the calculation and certification of impacts, to their reasonable reduction, up to the management of new risks, capturing residual CO2 through planting activities.

What have we already achieved?
- Planting of 100 new trees at the Bosco del Lusignolo in San Gervasio Bresciano (BS) in the heart of the Po Valley, in the lower Brescia area, which arose in the early 2000s by will.
- Planting of 20 Caboa trees in Colombia.
- 100 new trees (Carpinus betulus) planted in the Oglio Nord Park.
- Support for the Huong Son forest in Vietnam, conserving 534 t of CO2.
- Support for the woods of the Oglio Sud Park, conserving 802 t of CO2.
- 15 new Baobab trees in Kenya, thanks to the collaboration with Treedom.
- Planting of 100 trees (Salix alba type) in the Brescia area for the reforestation of the Sebino Peatland Nature Reserve and between the provinces of Mantua and Cremona at the Nature Reserve “Oglio Sud Park”.
- From 2020 to 2022, thanks to the collaboration with Treedom, 291 trees were planted which will compensate for approximately 385,000 kg of CO2 emitted.
